About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong .NET professional to lead and mentor a team of developers while ensuring high-quality software delivery. The role involves driving architectural decisions, design and code reviews, developing high-performance APIs and backend services using .NET Core, and ensuring adherence to software standards, security protocols, and engineering best practices. The candidate will be responsible for planning and managing project tasks, timelines, and deliverables, collaborating with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and UX teams, and translating business requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks. The role also includes implementing microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native solutions, participating in coding, debugging, and backend optimization, troubleshooting complex application issues, and ensuring timely delivery of features. Additionally, the candidate will conduct team meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives, communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

5–7 years of experience in software development with at least 1-2 years in a team lead role.
Strong proficiency in:.NET Core / ASP.NET Core , Entity Framework Core, REST API design, Microservices architecture
Experience with:SQL Server / PostgreSQL ,CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) ,Cloud services (Azure / AWS),Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Strong understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean architecture.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Equivalent professional experience will also be considered in place of formal degrees.

Strong expertise in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and building high-performance backend services.
Solid experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
Hands-on knowledge of SQL Server or PostgreSQL databases.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Understanding of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong grasp of SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean architecture.
Ability to lead and mentor developers while enforcing best coding practices.
